Our promise: love it, or your money back — no questions asked

We're parents too, and we get it — buying something for your little one is a leap of faith. So we've made this simple: if you're not happy, we'll make it right. No interrogation, no hoops, no hard feelings.


30-day, no-questions-asked returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund — for any reason at all. Changed your mind? Didn't love it? Baby decided they hated it? That's reason enough for us.

- You don't need to explain why. Just reach out.
- Used or opened is okay. You can't really know if something works for your baby without trying it. Try it.
- Returns are on us. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label — you won't pay a cent to send it back.


How to start a return

Email us at support@babybubble.com (or use the contact form) with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label and get your refund moving. That's the whole process.


When you'll get your money back

Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


A couple of small exceptions

To keep things fair for everyone, a few items can't be refunded:

- Gift cards (these can't be returned).
- Items lost or damaged through clear misuse, or returns that fall well outside the spirit of this policy.

That's it. Outside of those, if something's not right, we'll take care of you.


Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a quick photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away — you won't need to return the faulty item or pay anything.
